A Reader Asked for It....Woman who Hid Drug In Private Part

A reader asked for the picture of the woman who hid drugs into her private part.I confimed it and have this for you.
Law enforcement agents and travellers were last week astonished when 66 wraps of narcotics, which tested positive to methamphetamine, were discovered in the private part of Mande Bala, 48, at the screening section  of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on June 15, 2012.

The lady was promptly arrested by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency shortly before she was due to board a Kenyan Airways flight to Nairobi.

The NDLEA Commander at the airport, Hamza Umar, confirmed the arrest. He said, “The quantity of drugs that Bala had inserted in her private part was so much that it affected her gait, drawing the attention of the NDLEA officials. No suspect has ever inserted such a large quantity of drugs in the country. Usually, cases of insertion are not more than 300g. The discovery was shocking.”

IS THIS JUSTIFIABLE???CAPITAL PUNISHMENT FOR THIS SMALL OFFENCE

A Jos High Court on Thursday sentenced a 26-year-old man, Obinah John, to death by hanging for robbing one Dorothy Olaniyi of N1,705.
The convict was also sentenced to death for robbing Olaniyi of two rolls of peak milk in sachets, valued at N400.
The prosecution counsel, Mr G. D. Fwonyon, who is the deputy director, Public Prosecution in Plateau State had told the court that John, in company with an accomplice, also named John, now at large, robbed the woman on November 18, 2005 in her shop at Gada Biu, Jos at gunpoint.
He told the court that John and his accomplice, having allegedly conspired and used a gun to rob Olaniyi, had committed a criminal offence punishable by hanging.
But John’s counsel, Mr. Tobechukwu Kekemeke, rejected the prosecutor’s claim, and accused the police of “not telling the truth about the gun” said to have been used by John.
Kekemeke pointed out that the police presented three statements, with only the last indicating a confession by the accused that he used a gun against the victim.
The defence counsel further argued that the prosecution had failed to prove to the court that the accused actually used a gun to commit the act.
He asked the court to throw out the case for lack of diligent prosecution, arguing that “the circumstances of the third statement, in which John was said to have admitted ownership of the gun, is suspect.”
In a 60-page judgment, Justice Yargata Nimpa said the evidence before the court had shown that the accused committed the offence and sentenced John to death by hanging.
“The accused is hereby sentenced to death by hanging, but the judgement is liable to an appeal,” Nimpa declared.
Kekemeke told the News Agency of Nigeria that he would appeal against the verdict.
“The convict has the right to appeal against the judgment. It is not a judgment that we are satisfied with, so we are definitely going to appeal at the Court of Appeal,” he vowed.

NO BE OAU HERE U SABI DIS ONE OH...JIMOH IBRAHIM

In the Federal High Court in Abuja, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has filed charges of evading five years tax payment of N4.86 billion naira and forgery of Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) against Air Nigeria. Mr Jimoh Ibrahim, the company’s Chairman, Mr Kinfe Kahssaye, Managing Director and Air Nigeria Development Company Limited (formerly Virgin Nigeria Airways Ltd), were joined in the 10-count charge.

The suit comes barely 48 hours after the service arrested Kahssaye in Lagos on Monday. He was flown to Abuja same day and detained by the service and released on Tuesday afternoon. An official of FIRS, who confirmed his release to NAN, said the service met with Ibrahim on Tuesday, but did not reach any agreement on the payment of the tax.

In the charge, FIRS accused officials of the indigenous airline of illegally obtaining Tax Clearance Certificates. They were also said to have unlawfully presented the fake certificate to the Minister of Interior for the renewal of expatriate quota positions for 20 pilots and 10 other persons. According to the FIRS, the accused persons failed to deduct and pay taxes accruing to government from Withholding Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) from 2007 to 2010, totaling N4.86 billion.

The charge said Air Nigeria and the accused persons failed to deduct at source, N394.16 million being taxes accruing to government from withholding tax between January and December 2006. Similarly, the company was said to have failed to deduct withholding tax of N775.20 million being 10 per cent of the payments for direct services as prescribed under the Companies Income Tax Act. The offence, according to the court papers, is punishable under Section 40 of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (Establishment) Act No 13 of 2007. The accused were also said to have failed to file annual returns of the company for 2011 with the FIRS, as prescribed by Section 55 (1) of the Companies Income Tax Cap C21 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2010.

The charge said the failure to file annual returns ``was with the connivance of Ibrahim and Kahssaye; and you hereby committed an offence punishable under Section 55(4) and (5) of the same Act.'' According to the FIRS, some officials of Air Nigeria, sometime in January ``made counterfeit of tax certificate, purportedly issued by the FIRS in favour of Air Nigeria Development Company Ltd. ----------

AT UR DISCRETION...

noneVanity Wonder, 30, a mother-of-two from America's Midwest, has revealed how she became addicted to silicone shots to increase the size of her behind.
With nurses, police officers and gospel singers also among the clients, many were 'people who know this is wrong,' Vanity told MailOnline.

She says the main reason she decided to write the book was because she wanted to tell her own story, but she was also keen to clarify many of the misconceptions about a secretive world.

Discussing the reasons women choose to undergo the procedure on the black market in the first place, risking infection and even death, she said it is not, as many people seem to believe, because they are trying to please a man, or are deeply depressed.

'It's not what people think,' she said. 'There's no common reason... Some girls get it done only because everyone else is. There's a lot of reasons.See more....

LAWAN.I used to place u high

noneEmbattled lawmaker, Farouk Lawan, has finally promised to surrender the $500,000 bribe to the Special Task Force before the end of the week following serious psychological and physical pressures mounted on him by investigators.

It was learnt that Lawan succumbed to the pressure mounted him by the STF Commissioner of Police, Ali Ahmodu, on Wednesday and agreed to bring the money which he was said to have received from Femi Otedola on April 24, 2012.

He was said to have told investigators that he would only surrender the money before witnesses which would include his lawyers, Mike Ozhekome (SAN) and Israel Olorundare.

Boniface Emenalo had been asked to report on Friday, but it could not be ascertained if he would surrender his share of the bribe on that day.

Sources told our correspondent that Lawan cracked when he was confronted with the letter from the Chairman, Committee on Narcotics and Financial Crimes, Adams Jagaba, who denied knowledge of the money.

“When subjected to intense pressure by CP Ahmadu, Lawan finally cracked and said he was tired of the drama and stories surrounding the matter. In an agitated tone, he said he will bring the money before weekend on the condition that there would be witnesses there: this is the breakthrough investigators needed to conclude the case,” a source said.

Jagaba, had in a letter to the Speaker, Mr. Aminu Tambuwal, on Tuesday denied that he was in possession of the money.

He stated, “I wish to categorically and unequivocally state that there was never a time I was in possession of the sum of $620,000 or any other exhibit (in my personal capacity or official capacity as Chairman, House Committee on Drugs/Narcotics and Financial Crimes).”

Lawan had last week claimed that he had handed over the money to Jagaba.

Our correspondents could not reach Lawan on Wednesday as he did not pick calls made to his telephone sets.

SHE GANJA PASS TERRYG

A GIRL who spent four hours smoking super-strength skunk cannabis had to be rescued when she climbed a 40ft electricity pylon after hallucinating that it was a bridge.

Horrified locals spotted the 21-year-old girl - from Zlin, Czech Republic - apparently trying to cross a river and dialed emergency services.

Police spokesman Jan Macalikova said: “It was a nightmare because she was very much under the influence of drugs and wasn’t making much sense.

“She was convinced, though, that the pylon was a bridge across the Morava river.”

Drugs counsellors and police eventually persuaded her to come down after two hours on the pylon.

“She received treatment at hospital for her drugs consumption but was otherwise unhurt. She’s lucky she didn’t get a new high - high voltage,” added the police spokesman.
